You're welcome! Yeah they make it kind of tricky by sending you straight to checkout.
If anyone else is wondering, you just have to click the preorder button for both items, but without checking out, refresh and they should both then be in your cart and you can check out with both items to save on shipping & import fees.

Thanks!! Cancelled my individuals orders to place both in the same order.
Hopefully, they will lower the price on the Senator Shockwave set for our orders and honor the price error on the Miner Megatron set. They swapped the MSRP of both set.

That literally has nothing to do with anything. .com has always delivered to Canada and when I hit the links, both were orderable. Not sure why people were getting out of stock messages and such, odd. As this is the .ca thread I was confused until I realized it was the .com site. I sorta expected the .ca links in the .ca thread lol. So, no, it wasn't at all obvious.
