I ended up sending Hasbro an email enquiring about the order, so we'll see.

I picked my Deathsaurus up from US Shipping place earlier today. It was in a pretty big triple packed box.

No QC issues that I could see on mine, though I did have to loosen a few screws in the upper arms to release some tension on the 'outward' shoulder ratchets. It felt like I was going to break those joints, and couldn't swing them out at all until I loosened those screws.

So here's the response from Hasbro regarding Deathsaurus shipping:

"Thank you for reaching out regarding your order.
Unfortunately, at this time, the most accurate information we have is that, these items get picked up by the carrier in large batches. At the point your item is in possession of the carrier, you will get tracking information to your email.
That is the most up to date information we have.
I apologize I am not able to be more specific as I understand this is an anticipated and exciting item".

So we have to wait for Fedex to initiate the shipping process before getting the email with the shipping info.

I’m surprised they responded to you. I recall when I had an issue with one of my orders a few months ago, they never emailed me back. Even calling them proved fruitless, as both times the agents gave me the runaround. I had to contact my credit card company to resolve the issue.

That's weird, I usually get a response pretty quick from them.

I hope they ship Deathsaurus soon before the holiday rush starts.

Have you registered with FedEx Delivery Manager? It's the quickest way to find out if Pulse has started shipping something to you. Often FedEx will notify you way before Pulse ever does.

Yes last week
