Ugh. Thinking of my own experience on this. Yes what you?ve said is true if the item actually says pre order guarantee on the page. If it does not, they will not adjust for any price decreases pre release. And most toys in CA do not have the guarantee attached. Which is annoying because most JP and COM items do?

Toys aren?t eligible in Canada for some reason, afaik it’s books, movies and games, so there?s a chance a customer rep can refuse. Easy way to tell is if the mention ?preorder price guarantee ? is visible on the item.

There?s also the issue that Twin Twist isn?t in a preorder state anymore, just temporarily out of stock.
