rubbermaid bins are good with the ziplock bags, but i don't store them lol, they are all displayed

This may sound weird but I buy bots based on my shelves... Each shelf has a differnent type, Gen, Size, Starwars... etc.

find a new place!

but really, i just do what everyone else does, and I put them in hugh rubbermaid bins. I usually wrap my figures in old clothes, and bag the accessories. Clothes help protect the figures from getting damage. Not to mention I'm too cheap to buy individual tupperware for each figure.
