I'm a 2010-2015 era collector just getting back into over the past few months. Are we expecting Origins Jazz to be released through TRU? Thats what I was hoping to happen, is that how these exclusives have been released in the past?

Yes, they will be at TRU. Problem is TRU has also been over charging for figures so you need to wait for a sale to get it for actual retail price.
