Ouch... sorry for the loss man, but yeah, those reissues are a god send. There's nothing like opening one up and boom you're ten again.

As a kid: Transmetal 2 Optimal Optimus (My 1st Trasformer figure ever)
As a older teen i got back into collecting after watching transformers 2007 live action film and got (deluxe brawl and deluxe jazz) and thats what started it all for me.

Thanks Sun Swipe, starting to hunt down a few reissues now, most noteably Prowl, Rodimus Major, Red Alert and Starscream.

7-11 contest Pepsi Optimus Prime. Technically my 3-year-old brother won the toy but I was a little older and made it mine.
...I took a wet cloth and arduously removed the PEPSI sticker so I could have the 'proper' trailer. Ah, childhood.

Soundwave. 8 years old in '84...
Remember 'discovering' that I could put his canons into his back under the sliding panel. I never figured out the battery sybolism until years later LOL
