need a ride from Ottawa
Eh... last-minute. and my mom's doing what I feared she would do at the last minute. "bad news" about the trip. *sigh*

so I'm looking for a ride from Ottawa. I'll take anything. If you're going on Saturday, I'll go Saturday. I'll split the cost of gas.

Hopefully you manage to get out.

It could be pricey given the notice but if worst comes to worst you could take a Greyhound or something. Just so long as it doesn't get a flat.

Just hope your bus doesn't get a flat.

That happened to the Ottawa/Toronto bus I took yesterday - added several hours onto my travel time since it happened 2 hours into the bus trip.

Sorry for the public drama, folks. I'm known for this kind of mental rupture when I lose my composure after getting easily overwhelmed.

I dunno... but I think I'll try to make it after all. just take the bus and not come early enough or leave late enough that I need somewhere to sleep. It'll just suck having to sleep on a short bus ride.

I'm just too overwhelmed. My mom dumped this news one me a day before the trip. I just thought I still had a chance.

edit: you know what's great? planning to sleep two nights in a row on the bus, the night before, while staying up until 5:40am. BRILLIANT.

*: past midnight, it'll technically be Saturday, and I can save $30 on my bus trip, plus not have to find a hotel room. I miss Friday's events. Oh well.
