"Arcee": Straight or Curved?

I was just wondering, for those who got him, can you make Arcee's spine straight because looking at the production photo below, it looks straight. Is there someway that her spine isn't curved or as I like to call it, "ruined"? I want to get her, but the spine problem is kinda bugging me though.

Thanks!

Avoid the picture attached and look at this one instead. Can someone do it like this?

Nope, you can't make her spine straight. The one and only reason I am not picking this figure up. Bring on the version that will come with HA Skids.

That final version pic tells me that there is must be some way to fix that spine. Otherwise, how can they even do that spine? rip the figure apart and glue it back together to make it straight? I have to examine that picture.

If not, it's going to be Legends Arcee.

Most Transformers can be fixed with some dremeling and epoxy

I hear the ladies like it better curved. Apparently its a better shovel for finding the treasure. Whatever that means.

Yes, the red Chromia. After seeing peaugh's review of this thing, I was completely turned away from it.
