Ask around for the 15th Anniversary flyer, it's inclusive, took me 30 minutes to get a Grey Shockwave at Sherway WM (arguing, point out that "figure" and "class" doesn't make a difference, them giving the "SKU" excuse, making me wait for the Store manager, waiting 10 minutes and she never showed up), I hate the staff there.
Took me like 2-3 minutes at another Wal-Mart.

Re: Universe and Animated Voyagers on Clearance at Wal-mart
I don't know.. I will wait for the Manager to response. Or I might sleep there ?
Besides, I don't really think if making a claim within the Walmart system and organization would work.
Better go through some government functional group to protect the customer right or something.

I'm sure you'd get escorted out the door by security.

If yes, nobody should waste their time arguing for the $10, the argument (and eventual or complaint to BBB) should be it's free!

It's not a Walmart policy it's actually a policy called the Scanning Code Of Practice.
I've used it alot over the years to get free or pretty close to free stuff. Here's an explaination of how it works AND a number you can call to complain.
Everyone who got TF's in this sale shoulda got the first one for free at least ! I encourage everyone to complain to the BBB and the Competition Bureau.
The Scanning Code of Practice is a voluntary code that nearly every major retailer in Canada adheres to. It promises the customer accurate price scanning at the register on all UPC scanned or Price Look Up (PLU) merchandise. If an item scans in at a price higher than the shelf price the customer gets it for free (or $10 off if the item is more than $10)
The scanning code is endorsed by The Competition Bureau of Canada was created from the collaborative efforts of the Retail Council of Canada, the Canadian Association of Chain Drug Stores, the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers and the Canadian Council of Grocery Distributors.
At participating retailers you should see this sign on the entrance doors and at the till that reads:
Scanning Code of Practice If the scanned price of a non-price item is higher than the shelf price or any other displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the first item free, up to a $10 maximum. If a Code of Practice problem cannot be resolved at the store level, please call 1-866-499-4599 to register your complaint.

Notice how it says "Higher than the shelf Price". Not "Higher than the flyer price". Well at no point in time did Walmart have a display setup with a $10 Shelf Price. So technically speaking this isn't the same thing.
Now if the shelf clearly said $10 yet they still scanned at full price then this would count.
Perhaps I'm wrong... but this is my understanding of it based on how its worded.

The code also said:
or any other displayed price,
It was displayed as such in the flyer. I think it counts.
