Leonard Nimoy As Galvatron

I have always prefered Nimoy's version of Galvatron...he was much more powerful and authoritative in his performance. I really didn't like how they made him quite insane in the series....but it is still my favourite season. I hope that Hasbro makes a decent version of Galvatron for the Generations line...by repainting WFC Megatron.

It was $60 for the Autograph,I thought it was far too steep for me to pay for a small signature in my 20th Anniversary Movie DVD.

As for the guys talking about my chest...I continue to deny that was the only reason why Nimoy paid attention to me.

Yes let's all go back to talking about Mr. Nimoy's chest.

Personally, I think it would be so awesome if they got Nimoy to voice Spockwave in Transformers 3.

Mmm, I wonder if Mr. Nimoy is still doing more conventions? His most recent voice work is from the Kingdom Hearts game "Birth by Sleep" on PSP... That's going to be big clash of two worlds in those lines. I hope he's prepared for the trekkie/anime onslaught. =S

Nimoy did a quite a bit of stuff in between Transformers the movie till now. It's like a small ripple in a giant pond of Star Trek (aka Bread and Butter). I would say look for new talent that might be interested in it. Jim Parsons would definitely be a good start. What about the current Spock Zachary Quinto? Just a thought.

Meh, Quinto's acting style is more laconic than Nimoy's, and I don't think he's shown a lot of range in his voice.

I'd go way off-base and give someone like Michael Jai White or Keith David a shot, or maybe Dwight Schultz. He's played plenty of crazy characters.

Nimoy's voice was better but, then again, Galvatron's portrayal in the Movie was much better than Season 3 imo...

It's interesting how many fairly big name actors they had in the '86 movie considering it was based on a toy line and voice acting wasn't as huge for celebrity actors back then as it is now.

Nimoy worked for the more recently formatted Galvatron. Welker worked better for the lava dipped insane over the edge con that have in TF2010/Season 3

I don't blame Nimoy for not caring about Galvatron. Realistically, he spent a few days on that project 25 years ago. I have difficulty remembering projects I've worked on at my job from 5 years ago, lol...

By the by, to get an Autograph was $60s, if you wanted a photo with him (Dubbed a Photo Op), another $60. So $120 bucks for the full Nimoy experience........ thank god I ain't a Trekkie (Which was 99.9% of that line)
