movie line is it worthless???

Just wanna ask you guys opinion.. I started collecting in the height of the popularity of the transformers movies and got a couple of movieverse .. I wanna sell it but I think theres no interest on it.. so do I keep it or sell it as a lot ?? What u guys think .. need an opinion.. thanks

actually I think most of the movie line TFs (with exception of some DOTM figures) are great stuffs, worth keeping for sure.

other than the leader class today there is 0 money to be made but maybe down the road (hope) as I have put most away in bins..

I think the movieverse figures are great. Better than all other series in my opinion. You got it all, real cars models, great robot representations, complex transformations, model scale and licensed human alliance.
When I was young, I always disliked how the robots don't transform into anything realistic, or how limited the robot forms were. But with movieverse you get both. Nothing to complain about ( except dotm where they cheaped out on everything)

I had posted DOTM stuff here and TFW for months, not one hit (which I knew it wouldn't). I had 5 voyagers and 10 deluxes, I asked TFSource how much they would give me.........$40.

I eventually sold them to TFSource but bunched with other stuff, I was able to get $400.

Only reason I bought them: Nothing else at the time. Impulse buys. Never again, I will go no where near AOE crap.

They're my favorite mainline toys, but ultimately they're worthless, nobody wants/needs them.

Well said, tf4 I'm only going to buy the good ones like grimlock or if there are other dinobots but that's really it. I think that the biggest problem is that there are too many around. I really don't want to say this but I think tf had its day and they need to let things settled down for a couple years keep the mps going but kill off everything else

I am keeping mostly ROFT/HFTD line. There are pretty amazing figures in their own right, especially the leader class. Takara/Hasbro don't make such complex figures any more.
