Fans Project Tusker/ Glacialord video review

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsDSqPYMakE

Excellent video review of the Fans Project's gestalt core body figure Tusker by T.J. Duckett

I love G1 Gestalts, and I think at some point I'll need to get this!

Only thing I don't like is that flat 2-dimensional head on Tusker and the wierd salmon/pink colour highlights.

Still... Awesomesauce!

Its definitely a great figure, got to fiddle with it for a moment, can't say it is something for me but other people will enjoy it.

I can't wait to preorder this figure.. was upset at missing the chance to buy it at TFCon

Good review although I cringed at him using a blade on the figure, haha.

ok - so you can use tuskers flat head to connect to the same port you would with hotspot. very solid connection, right shape. seems intentional.

i'm sure there are ways to improve the base mode but this is what i came up with for now…

Were these available for sale at TFCon? How much are they going to cost each?

They were available in limited numbers at TFCon, if memory serves it was 125 for a set of Tusker, Tailclub, and Fangro. They sold out pretty early Saturday, after my first lap around the dealer room they had like eight left or so, at which point I pounced on it. Love these guys even though I usually don't like the limited articulation and such of g1-type toys, these guys just hit me in the right spot.
