The only one I can think of right now was last fall when I got Human Alliance Roadbuster for about $12 at Sears. Scanned in as a HA Basic.

What was the best deal/trade/sale you ever made?
Wow just had to say today was my golden day.
After failing to negotiate a $10 discount on $90 deal with a fellow board member, a blessing in disguise, I stumbled upon the best deal I ever completed in my short career as a collector.
I got MISB:
Hasbro Masterpiece Skywarp + Grimlock + Rodimus Prime + Generations Deluxe Blurr + Drift.
for a grand total of $170.
Wow I am I glad things fell apart from my last deal. I got quadruple what I ever imagined for the price I paid.
What were your guy's best bargains? I'm pretty sure some of them would top mine outright as I have just started collecting transformers!
Just wanted to share this awesome bargain and I want to hear from the community as to what bargains you all stumbled upon!

Probably the $17 Henkei Dark Skyfire I got from KO Toys a while back, especially since shipping was only 8 dollars (including that + one other figure), AND ended up coming with a 2nd rifle.
That's for Translformers related things, anyway.

about a year ago I bought a box lot of transformers from this guy on kijiji for $50, turns out most of what was in there was worth roughly $300 plus he gave me a few MISB figures from the movies just for taking the time to go pick them up myself

I was able to get Classics Starscream, Ramjet and Mirage for $10. Got Classics CJ for $5.

Years ago I got diaclone starscream for 1.99 at value village and at a toy show this teat I got a mint g1 sixshot for $15. Bought his guns at TFCON for 20 each so for 55 I got a complete absolutely mint sixshot.

Back in the day - like 16 years ago... Complete bruticus, complete predaking with boxes, Omega supreme, stunticons- basically a crapload of transformers - for $10 and a star wars tie fighter. YOINK~
