Why does Nemesis Prime have a Autobot logo? I thought Nemesis Prime was a Decepticon?

Because this isn't actually Nemesis Prime. Notice it's "Convoy, Black Version", and not "Black Convoy".
Sorta like THS-02B, and Nucleon Quest Superconvoy (black Powermaster Prime); this is just Optimus in a black color scheme (Nucleon SuperConvoy had some story for it).
