WB008 Trianix Alpha - potential QC issue

Just a heads up to anyone who bought FPCore's WB008 figure, there is a potential issue that may affect your figure transformation:

Re: WB008 Trianix Alpha - potential QC issue

Yeah, mine has this issue. First I split the body with a screw driver by putting it between and pulling them apart. I scrapped the innards of the grey plastic piece connecting the waist and torso, its ok now.

This is a big deal since this toys gimmick is the part forming vehicles and should have been Q.C. tested several times. I'm a big supporter of their 'core' series and this figure is a definite let down. I recommend to pass off this figure until they solve the issue. Also they have a figure with similar design Dai-Z (based on Dai Atlas), if you did order it, I recommend to cancel it until its confirmed this doesn't contain the same Q.C. issue.

A buddy messaged me today and said his broke first time he opened it, it snapped clean at the waist. I'm glad I didn't order it, I almost did when it went up but I cancelled the order before I I hit complete transaction. So glad I did.

Lucky for me, I am slow to get around to opening figures up.
I'll check mine out, and wait to see how FP decides to deal with it.

Good thing I never liked the (lazy) design to begin with...

Re: WB008 Trianix Alpha - potential QC issue

Got a replacement part pack in the mail today. Totally forgot about this thing the past few weeks, been too busy. Glad to see they resolved the problem. Now I'll have to look on their page and see if they have any directions on how to replace it (no instructions included).

They also included a pack of stickers, that I assume are meant to stick on the packaging, etc. They include properly spelled "Trianix" nameplates.
