HEXATRON: I need a hand. Literally.
So I recently discovered my R-01 Hexatron has a broken finger (didn't notice when I bought him over a year ago). I tried contacting MMC to inquire about a replacement hand, but no response (I didn't buy him thru one of their distributors).
I've read online that some people were getting replacement hands back when he first got released, due to some loose ball joints or something. I'm just wondering if there's anyone out there who may have done this, and still has their original hand(s) that they might be willing to sell me? Or even just one of the fingers?
Otherwise, any suggestions on a better way to contact MMC than their website contact form?
