Banning Toboggani
There goes the winter activity that kids and kids alike enjoy for Free.....“No tobogganing” sign posted Wednesday at Murray's Mountain.

Haha. Yah that sucks. But in a sue-happy society, I'm not surprised. They could probably do a whole season of America's Funniest Videos just on toboggan accidents.

Wow!, they still allow locally tobogganing in town here in Mission. Although the local ski hills do have paid toboggan runs with a tow rope / stairs up the hill.
As MP said it probably has something to do with the city getting sued once. What ever happened to people being responsible for their own actions
