I don't believe it's a sale.
TRU finally realized that nothing was selling at the previously marked-up prices so they now sell at the same prices as Walmart and Gamestop (pre-discount).
I noticed the same pricing applied to newer G.I.Joe Classified figures, like the Crimson Guard figures.

Some prices are definitely lower than ?regular? MSRP.

True; but the examples provided are older items that were shelf-warming and are finally on clearance.
The Origins Jazz is new and regularly priced at $35.99. I'm hopeful that newer deluxe figures retain this pricing; especially with the occasional 20% off sale at TRU.

They will, Jazz isn?t the first. Magnificus and NEST Ratchet are also 35.99$. for Star Wars, prices also seem to be going down, for instance Black Series Cal Kestis is 35.99.

Yep, I'm aware. Which is why I only pointed out that it wasn't a 'sale' as per your original post; rather, the new price going forward (hopefully) for all newer deluxes.

But there is currently a sale on stuff at TRU. Dunno why you’re so hung up on that.
Oh, I get it. You thought my comment on the sale was referring to Jazz’s price; it wasn’t. I just pointed put two completely unrelated things, lol.

I placed an order for Origins Jazz for home delivery just now. Worth a try again guys!
$12.66 shipping is a pain, but at least I got it and don't have to import from the US.
