I would also guess it's related to people doing figure swaps and/or scalping.

Thanks...was wondering if BeeTrain was using a good one, or if anyone else uses a good forwarding service? Maybe worth making a separate thread to promote the best ones and approach them as site sponsors..

I use Planet Express. They have been very good so far. Extremely good service and reasonable costs.
