Re: bot shots

too bad there's no auto-randomizing symbol selection for each figure's chest otherwise that would make fights even more interesting.

See, until I got one in-hand, I thought they auto randomized too.

edit:

oh, and from the one online video it looks like:

Fist beats Sword.
Sword beats Gun.
Gun beats Fist.

(Am I the only one who thinks that should be the other way around?)

Numbers break ties.

Re: bot shots

what would be nicer if they started releasing different molds instead of repeating the BB, Barricade, OP, Meg and SS molds

I just have Barricade at the moment, but I think the appeal of these is that they're cheap, fun, and incredibly adorable. You may not necessarily want to collect them all at first, but it can't hurt to try the Bot Shots with your favorite character that's represented.
THIS ^^^^^^^^^^ hesitated at first and kept barricade just as a keep sake had sentinal but brought him back as he is not hard to find.

Re: bot shots

Agreed. It's sort of like the novelty of buying dollar store KOs that loosely resemble real characters (I did this with an activator Lockdown couse I thought it was an original mold), except that they're not shitty dollar store KOs.

Like, you can try & fight it, but chances are that you'll eventually break, especially if you find a unique or otherwise meaningful character to you that's on sale or even priced below horrible markup.
