well the Botcon non-attending packages are now available. Last I checked there were no more loose sets in stock anymore.
But the boxed sets are $395 USD! Add $43.55 dollars for shipping and $27 for insurance and $7 for online processing fee totals $472.55 USD!
Is it worth it? i'm thinking I would rather get a few mp figures?

Or we can keep our eyes open, you and I, and I'd be willing to bring one home from BotCon for you... there were lots of opportunities last year to pick up sets at the event. Or order an extra if/when they go up for sale and I'll haul it home.

Varies. Last year I saw boxed sets advertised by individuals at the con for as low as $250. People just trying to recoup some ticket money back, I would imagine. I dare say this boxed set is going to be a bit more in demand, especially with how fast the non-attending packages sold out.

I never saw any sets being broken up but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. That Scorpy is going to be at a pretty premium price. Everyone wants him.
