Love for Automation Toys!

<[This is just some praise for the people at Automation]>

So i was one of those crazy people who decided they needed a giant green robot in there room

I ordered all of TFC Devastator from Automation.
And those common problems everyone went through. I didn't get a single one. Savnger's arm is fine, LongHaul still have his first waist, even my MixMaster combiner knee joint seem to be pretty solid.

How ever I while transforming my Scraper; the ratchets in the shoulder broken, and the arm spun freely. (Which made his vehicle mod look a little limp and Devastator unable to stand with out help)

Later my while transforming my Bonecrusher the plow attachment's rivets popped out.

Contacting TFC...good luck...
Looking for help online was almost pointless

So I contacted Mr. Brousseau and Automation send me replacement pairs for both. I now have a Devastator again.

Thanks Automation!

I think everyone should use them. Brousseau is a fairly open guy who answers any and all my questions, whether it's important or I'm just curious.

If I can't get it from Automaton, I really don't need it.

Re: Love for Automation Toys!

Many thanks to you guys, those words mean a lot to me and to my team. Always a pleasure to serve great customers such as you.

I've said it before but, when hard times occur (and believe me, owning that type of E-Store in Canada is not an easy feat) it's your kind comments that give us the fuel we need to move forward.

Business is one thing; knowing your customers are satisfied is another.

Have a nice evening everyone.

Mario

I got mine from him as well.

At one point, the delivery only took 24-48 hours.

Re: Love for Automation Toys!

They're killing me. Everytime I think I'm done ordering, they add a new item wether it's TF's or otherwise that catch my eye and next thing I know, it's in my cart and I'm checking out. Especially now that they introduced the SH Monsterarts line

Re: Love for Automation Toys!

Dang, I just noticed MP Soundwave's preorder is "out of stock" already. Any chance of getting another round of them opened up (like with Hegemon)?
