Whats your KoToys ordering Number, and have you recieved it?

My KoToys order number is 2774. I have yet to recieve it. This way we can get a feel of how long its going to take for ours to arrive or if we should be concern. Implying their shipping them out in order.

Also, they now say they have no record of my email address, when I attempted to log in. In order to check the status of my order today.

Mine is order 2653, with the better shipping option and I still don't have it. Did you get a tracking number? Mine doesn't even appear to be in customs yet.

That said, I'm not sweating it yet. Kotoys was overwhelmed with orders and it's a really busy time of year for post worldwide, so I expected delays.

Due to the nature of the store shutting down, I will open a Paypal claim on day 45...but I'm pretty sure that won't be needed.

Mine is 2683, tracking shows "departure from outward office of exchange" as of 12/20/11. I am not too worried about it, it's just the busy time of the year so it might be delayed a bit.

im soooo upset. i REALLY wanted the grey wildrider fake and blue prime and a few ghost seekers from them. i logged in to see about ordering something from xmas money and they have like nothing left...... i emailed them hoping that maybe they can get some more from somewhere...... this really sucks...

My order # is 2740 (Orange Seeker i.e. Classic 'Sunstorm') and I still haven't received it yet. That said, according to Canada Post the package has been released by custom and is processed by Canada Post on the 21st in Vancouver... so I guess I will get it this week or next?

If it helps, I've posted about my order before so just pay attention to your shipment info when they give you tracking numbers.

I made two orders, my first order (26**) has 3 separate boxes and my second order (27**) has 2 separate boxes as indicated by tracking numbers.

Of the 5 boxes I've received 1 so far and just got two delivery slips today. I'll find out tomorrow if they are from the first order (most likely) or not. I opted for the cheapest shipping, so really, just have patience.
