Honestly, you're probably better off ordering from a US store or Hasbro Pulse, even with the shipping, taxes and exchange rate (and if you bundle some other TFs in the order,), the pricing for TRU is way over MSRP, I don't see a point in supporting them.

If a sponsor here is selling them, even better.
Unless you really love the character, most MPM TFs go on sale/clearance, cause they're just not that popular.

Just preorder it from Amazon Japan, it's the best price you'll get.

What Dark Rage & MapleMegatron said, can't support Toys R Us Canada anymore.

I unsubscribed from their emails yesterday. Break up is hard, but they made it easy with their behaviour over the past 10 months.

Yup been placing all kinds of orders there and it’s cheaper then any Canadian online retailer or buying from the USA

Yeah, the weak yen makes it so that MPM Blackout costs shipped the same price as the US version before shipping.

Just perusing the Toys R Us site after seeing the news of the leaseholder's 2nd quarter results.

Mind blasting, absolutely mind blasting.

Prices in the Legacy line.

Leader - $89.99
Voyager - $54.99
Deluxe - $44.99
Core - $19.99

Best one is $84.99 for Draculus.

Toys R Us Canada sold by Fairfax to Sunrise last August, they should make it past Christmas 2022.

Are you referring to Fairfax's financial outlook? But it has no bearing on TRU, since Putnam Investments Inc. owns TRU now. And we don't know their financial situation, since they're a private corp.

I saw Draculus on clearance sale at GameStop for like $54 and I still laughed at how much of a ripoff that was. The mindwipe figure it was based on cost $20, and still shelf warmed.

Collecting Transformers has often been called a plastic crack addiction. Well, I think the execs are starting to smoke their own product.

Yes, you are correct.

Just interesting because Fairfax still owns the leases that TRU locations are on.
