I've seen it listed at other online retailers.

Asked to pre-order/"call" one, dude said they couldn't

Fast-forward to this past Friday, drive out again about half hour before opening - 2-3 people standing out front smoking/chattering, none are employees as I might recognize
Chill in my car waiting, suddenly doors open at 9:55, quickly get out but another couple waiting in their car beats me to the door

Get inside, all 5 people lined up at the cash, only the one employee; check TF section, no Ravages out, get in line

First two people are a couple purchasing, overhear the total at like $280ish and think "WTF, are they cleaning out the Ravages"
See the items they're buying, look over the counter: apparently same day was also 1st release of some exclusive Pokemon figure sets?
Anyways they are all audibly discussing the figs in the sets they have available behind the cash, and the car couple in front of me peaces out from (this EB don't have the ones they were hoping to get I guess)

Last lady in front also buying Pokemons, gets a call from (presumably her kid/s) "yes, I'm literally buying it right now, chill tf out"

Finally all gone, say to the staffer "I think I'm here for something different from everyone else it seems"

Tell him Ravage, dude looks it up, says "idk if we got any, hang on" and goes to the back

I start to get maybe a bit cheesed, because this literally the same guy who told me way back that "they had some, but are streetdated"

Anyways didn't mention it because dude came out with a Ravage! Got the Edge Platinum price, so honestly can't complain

Was hoping to see multiple on the shelf and check for QA, but when I asked how many they got (figured wouldn't mind cause no one else in the store), dude says that the only one they got

So again, flies a bit in the face of what I was told way back ("we got some"), but damn it, be happy you got the exclusive for under the asking retail!

Sorry for blog post
What location?

I’m pretty sure purple galvatron’s been in their system for a long time as “ TRA GEN HASCON EXCLUSIVE 2”

I thought so too, but that hascon exclusive 2 costs way more than it should, given the price on pulse.

The Eb games listing is over $100 so maybe it’s not this Transformer

That’s true, didn’t realize hasbro wasn’t charging extra for this set.
