I have gotten these emails and the package eventually arrives. No refund was issued. Finger crossed for you. I missed this 2 pack entirely.

Sorry man, you are out of luck. I had the same thing happen to me. I just received my refund this morning. Gonna cancel Sideswipe/Skywarp beause I really don't care about either one. (I'm fine with my Siege Sideswipe & Kingdom Air Razor).

Just had a thought re: this - if Puro got my package (which only "shipping label created" so far), does this mean it's not coming via (whatever carrier Amazon normally uses)?
Or was Puro always the courier?

Normally my Amazon packages arrive at the door via people in plainclothes (maybe a safety vest), driving non-descript vehicles
Does a Puro label mean it's comin via Purolator, in a big Puro truck?

I'm wondering if this means the package not going to be ferried through various Amazon facilities (re: Halton Hills)
