Just put an order in at RK...they have it for $59.90 USD, and with Registered small packet shipping it came to about $76 USD shipped - which is about $97 CDN (damn this exchange rate).

See the "small print" on the preorder page at robot kingdom? It says price may increase later. Seems like they might be taking preorders before they know what is going on.
