There's something you need to understand. These people at VV make minimum wage. Back in those days, VV had profit sharing programs for their staff. If sales in one department were higher then they were in the previous year, the department (and store in general) would get a small bonus. I would do anything do help my staff in those days to get bonuses because they worked their asses off for minimal money. When the program was taken away from staff and district managers got nice raises, I quit on the spot due to my staff getting the shaft. On the flipside, antique and toy dealers were the worst. The staff would roll out merchandise and they'd practically get attacked by these vultures. If the dealers couldn't sell their stuff at flea markets, they'd simply return stuff within a week for in-store credit (not a bad deal for them).

Dropping stuff off at the VV at Steeles & Dufferin, I found a Gen Cyclonus, missing an arm so I left it, a few McD's TFs, found and bought one of the rock guys from Inhumanoids! The one on the left.

Is there a particular time you guys go at? Is it right at opening that the new stuff gets added? I never find anything.

I just go when I am passing by or sometimes before work. It's all luck of the draw

It is a complete crap shoot. Sometimes I've seen them putting out new stock at 9am, other times 7pm.
