Imagine how all of us who bought the Haslab Sentinel feel about the wonky knee problems.

Hasbro never did anything about that, and never officially acknowledged the problem in any meaningful way.

So I was really surprised that BZ had some problems. Going to be a lot more concerned going forward.

My local Gamestop manager said she was able to locate a another one. Just waiting to see if they ship it to this location.

Man, I am jealous of you guys whose Gamestop's are able to make the replacement

Is the problem that I am only speaking to front counter guys? I wouldn't know which one is the manager off the top of my head

Have you tried calling Gamestop? They can't leave you hanging with a defective figure. I'd skip the store and just try calling. Head office might be able to secure you another one (as it's difficult to get this in-store).

Emailed that address the day you posted
Got contacted for more info within 24 hours
Got called by a GS "district manager" within the next 24 hours, who confirmed for me that the staff at my local EB had finally managed to secure a BZ from an Ottawa store, and its being shunted over for me this weekend

I mean it sounds like the initial reporting to the store staff was "working" anyways, but nice to hear a dude following up, was getting p anxious hearing about everyone getting their replacements quicker

It's not over yet, but sounds like it's gonna be an "alls well that ends well"

Sorry mate, EB insisted on the full swap, so I've still only got 1 BZ, but with normal horns now

Hopefully you also purchased from EB and can pursue a swap? The few others who pursued this avenue appear to have largely met with success
