I did. RK had it for $59.90 USD, and with Small Packet Registered shipping it came to $76 USD which translates to about $97 CDN. Cheaper than BBTS who has it listed for $79.99 USD + shipping. Caveat is you have to pay up front with RK.

I thought there were only supposed to be 2000 pieces total? Don't know how all these retailers can be taking so many preorders.

Not sure. They could just be jumping the gun, and seeing if they can get it or they have the connections. RK is in Asia so I can see how they might have some connections to do some preorders for them. BBTS, not sure. The only other place showing a preorder is The Chosen Prime. Not even HLJ, AmiAmi, NY, or Anime-Export are showing any preorders.

EDIT: I just directly checked the listing on the Takara-Tomy Mall site, and the add to cart button is no longer showing...so it looks like it barely took them a day to sell out.

That being said, the online retailers pre-selling it are still showing it as available for preorder.

Seems like he was rightfully dismissed. Case closed. It's a shame that a well-loved show (that I didn't watch) is ending because of it, but there is no place or excuse for behavior like that in a professional setting. I would like to say AT ALL, but sadly it's all too common. Didn't he punch his boss? That's assault. I say good riddance.

Their probably getting a Hasbro Asia version, which would be a separate count from the ones sold in Japan.

i started collecting MPs when the first Hasbro Grimlock came out and i didnt get any of the Japanese stuff... so i hope Hasbro release more MPs

Really? Do you think they're doing a separate run for Hasbro Asia? It would be interesting if they did...

Wow, I didn't think of that. That's true, so you might be right. Maybe it's not going to be so limited. And with a coin. I decided to hedge my bets and order the current Japan run just in case but it would be cool to see it more available. Was the Hasbro Asia run of Silverstreak in limited numbers?
