Alright incorrect english aside many collectors keep boxes in various forms and many do not. I'm the type that has kept every package for anything I bought stored in I don't know how many totes, boxes etc and it take up WAY too much space. Having said that I'm going to get rid of a lot, if not all Hasbro retail boxes, cards from various lines. That means Transformers and any other action figures etc.

Please note I'm not selling them, they are free for those who need them. You can pick them or I can ship out if you wish, you pay for shipping. There are too many to list so lmk what you are after. I won't bump this thread and will only keep them until the week of the 15th of April. After that they all hit the recycling bin. First come first serve, just trying to help out any collectors

Good for you sir! None of that crap is ever gonna be worth anything since so many people are saving it all (unopened even).

Only stuff I keep are my MP boxes since the original figs are so expensive I want somewhere to put them when not on display. I considered keeping the cards from the more recent stuff but the artwork just isn't worth hanging on to. Gimmie 80's GI Joe cardbacks over any TF cardbacks to display any day!

MP and 3rd Party stays. I usually keep if I resell the figures in the future (some want to open boxes like they are new) but pretty sure I have whittled down my collection to what I want/need and 30 totes or so just not worth the headache

I'll bring about 40 boxes to the 80s expo. MP and all. I plan to put them in the lobby with a giant "FREE" sign.

Not a bad idea but I'd feel kinda bad if I didn't stay till the end to throw out what the people didn't want. Don't want to dump my mess there

I got rid of a bunch of boxes a couple years ago too. The only ones I kept were MP, Fans Toys and G1 reissues. Came in quite handy during my recent move. I also kept Metroplex, Trypticon and Fort Max to pack my loose CHUG figures in. Just fold to boxes flat and set them aside so they don't take space

That's really nice of you. Sure the boxes don't have value to you, but sacrificing time to meet and or ship to help a fellow collector is real solid.

I have a box hoarding problem myself. If I buy a fig for display that didn't come with a box then no sweat but if it came with a box then its going into an already packed closet.

The only box worth keeping from the regular retail lines over the last few years since I’ve been buying is Fort Max, as mentioned it’s good to store other stuff.

Living in 416 where condo prices are now over $700+/sqft, I have to be incredibly efficient at storage & decisive on what to keep. For those of you that buy the MP’s and 3rd Party figures, those boxes to seem more worthwhile to keep.
