But seriously, here are my nominees:

Optimus Primal and Beast Megatron - With Gary Chalk and David Kaye rumored to be guests at this years BotCon, this would be the most opportune time to nominate the characters they are best known, and LOVED, for as candidates for the Hall of Fame.
Rattrap - If not one of the above, let's give Scott McNeil, and Beast Wars, a hat trick! 3 for 3, bitches!
RiD Scourge - One of my favourites, and the bot who inspired a million repaints.
Sixshot - Everyones favourite ninja consultant, Uncle Sixshot. If you don't vote for him...well, just ask Ultra Magnus.

I'd say Devestator is a good choice. Otherwise I'd also go with Wheeljack and I liked the idea of a newer character so Bulkhead would also be a good choice, IMO (if that even needs to be said, er typed).

The once blindly heroic Maximal (later turned Cybertronian herald of pain & technorganicly redeemed tomahawk chicken), has made his way back to the year 2012 to claim his honourable crown, and with Megatron's endorsement to boot!
