It was a good movie, prob tied for 2nd with bumblebee 86 animated always number one, and first bay movie are the best tf movies. Kinda wish they focused less on the humans, Noah's little brother was annoying and his friend was even more so. Although Noah and Elena didnt bother me as much. Scourge was pretty cool, but the other 2 were cannonfodder at the end. Unicron was clearly not beaten. Wish wheeljack went back to his sports mode next movie. Best was primal in this movie, and optimus prime gets to grow more into the prime we know.

Paramount should have put this movie out in August, or mid July too many movies coming out every week, and they are cannibalizing each other. Not sure why they couldn't have seen this

People keep bringing up the human characters... they were all pretty bad.

Noah deserted the army "to help his brother" which I am not sure is honorable since he doesn't really achieve anything by leaving. Appears his financial situation got worse. He then goes to a job interview where his resume shows he's not reliable because of his past actions and in the face of that turns to crime.. stealing expensive cars. Way to endure the adversity. He even commits to helping the autobots after being offered the opportunity to falsely sell mirage to someone (fraud). Character is a knob.

Elena is an intern who is portrayed as being vastly more intelligent and knowledgeable than her mentors which is confusing. Do we ever find out how this "teenager" knows more about this stuff than people working in the field? She then steals her bosses security clearance card to examine the artifact... something that will get her fired in the morning but luckily the story already knows we wont get there so consequences do not enter her decision making process. Character is shallow and a knob.

The only real likable character there is the kid! Its all so contrived and hard to watch. There is an old saying "the path to heaven is not paved with good intentions"... religious connotations aside, its a warning that doing crappy things even with good intentions... still has you doing crappy things, and thus your goal is pointless, just like these characters.

It has been delayed many times so that's probably part of it but... Sandwiching it between spider verse and then the Flash is not an optimal choice.

It had a better opening weekend than projected but considering spider-verse is going very strong it's hard not to see a mass drop off

Anyway it really only has to do better than the last night LOL

Where did you get the idea that she was a teenager!? She clearly is an adult in the movie. She's 32 in real life. lol Ramos himself is 31, and he's no teenager either.

Might want to look up what "intern" means. She is a student who knows more than her teacher, something that common at all and should be addressed within the scope of the movie.. but again we have bad shallow writing here.

How bout.. if the Maximals use the key that is so important to go back in time? How does scourge also go back in time in the middle of the film to go after them without it? Why does he slow walk after his targets when unicorn threatens to torture him for eternity if he fails? His actions and mannerism is counter to his stated motivation (this is bad writing). Sorry, ive read to make books and seen to many movies to let these kind of holes slide.

And about Noah, people making poor life decisions abound. Not sure why you'd want him to be irreproachable.
