I honestly think that they had to go out to a store, buy one, removed the heel, and send the figure to me.
My other (and my friend's) dealings with Hasbro support were less productive.

I just followed up with them, item is still on back order so they offered to do a refund or just send me something else of equivalent value.
I asked for potp or deluxe tlk hot rod. I got a feeling I'll get neither.

Hello friend who had the damaged Titans Prime...some members on the Ontario sightings forum claimed to have seen new on shelves the Titans Leader Blaster...some think there might also be a re-release with the Titans Prime that you had damaged. Maybe if they pop back up on shelves you can find a decent one and return the busted one. Hope that helps.

Something like that happened with me before. It was leader TR Optimus which had a wheel missing. I ent the old one in and after 6 months of not getting any leaders to send out as replacements, they told me they would send me something of greater value. It turned out to be G2 Menasor.
I wish you luck on yours. But i am curious as I have never heard of the refund option. What would it be, the MSRP? And in a form of a coupon for general hasbro product?
