Re: Beast Wars 15th Anniversary
The first great north american transformers cartoon since G1. I mush have watched the first 4 episodes a dozen times. Never missed an episode until I started working. Enjoyed watching the reruns on YTV and later teletoon.

Re: Beast Wars 15th Anniversary
At first I was disapointed no vehicles and it wasn't G1, but after a few episoids it stared to grow on me so I would have to say Beast wars for me was pretty cool being done in CG (wish G1 had been done this way) as it brought beast wars (BEASTIES here) to life,... stories were well written and as the seasons progressed were not to be missed,..also gave us some vary good voice artist Gary Chalks rendition of Optimus Primal I thought was excellent along side David Kays Megatron rivals Peter Cullen and Frank Welkers as unforgettable voices for these Charaters and it also set up the continuing storyline in beast machines which I think is a much under rated series.

It never aired in TeleToon, but aired in YTV numerous times.
But I'm glad that you watched this with great pride.

Re: Beast Wars 15th Anniversary
First cartoon I watched when I turned on the TV in Canada (late night reruns of 2000). It blew my 7 year old mind, as I thought Reboot was awesome, UNTIL A GORILLA EXPLODES INTO A ROBOT....
Also it was probably one of the motivations in learning English.

Re: Beast Wars 15th Anniversary
I got into Transformers again in 1996, and met my best friend through it, so Beast Wars really means a lot to me. IMO the best Transformers show all-around to this day(though it's got some competition lately...), and definately among the best animated shows of the 90's. Some of my favorite characters came out of BW. Oh, and it was made right here in Vancouver, too
