While I can afford the hobby, for me it's more that they just aren't worth it. I can't justify the prices for figures that I don't have anything more than a passing interest. My collection is huge enough and I ran out of space years ago anyways so I'm trying to be picky.
Heck, I just dabbled in adding some in my cart and seeing that it's 3 cores and one deluxe and that's hitting the 100$ mark, I just can't hit that "next" button...
I'll spend for those that truly hit that interest level, but the "in passing", those I'm kinda done with. These are the figures that I'd probably get when sales and liquidations hit, but I know that now, the chances of that happening are very slim, and the odds are that they'll sell out soon enough because there's others that have the money and the interest for those figures still.
Got to wonder when it becomes the point of almost all fans ends up with the "enough already", how high will the prices be to reach that point?
