Anime Export shipping questions

I might as well as here, because I can't seem to get any answers from them or their FAQ ok, I'm probably not looking in the right section, but my MP Tracks is apparently in and ready for shipping. I'm not sure if they have the warehouse option like HLJ, but with UW Devastator coming out next month, I thought maybe I'd wait and try to combine shipping. Does AE even allow this? Maybe just better to get Tracks on its way.

Any tips?..thanks!

PS, they didn't notify me via email that Tracks was ready for shipment, either. Is this normal?

Sometimes I get a notice, but I think most of the time I don't, or it goes to spam. You can wait until your other items are in stock and they will ship whatever items you select and ask for a shipping invoice for at once, so you can customize shipping a bit.

You can store your stuff for a year if you like to combine other stuff...

Re: Anime Export shipping questions

You should get a confirmation that your item is in first
Then you should get a email that it is ready to ship.

If you log in to AE and go to your order page, it will show your orders and which ones are read to ship.

If you want to ship just tick the ship boxes on the items that you want to ship, that easy.
If you don't want to ship and wait for your other item, all you have to do is wait until the other item is ready to ship and click on both ship boxes and request shipping, they will then send you an invoice to pay for shipping.

As for contacting them, thats the problem I heard about them, Poor contacting reviews.

Hope this helps

Well I still didn't get any confirmation email, but it says it's in stock and ready to ship. If I have up to a year, I'm going to wait for UW Devy to be released and combine shipping.

Re: Anime Export shipping questions

^^ keep in mind that combining shipping is not always cost-effective.

Firstly, the larger the $$ value the more likely you are to incur some sort of duties/fees/taxes

Secondly, depending on the size of the item(s), they may actually be less expensive to ship individually.

my 2 pennies.

Re: Anime Export shipping questions

Only time I got hit by customs was when I combined shipping and the total was over $200. Also, some companies won't ship extra figures with another large box.
