Re: 2011 Cybertron.ca Canadian Fallen Heros Foundation Project Thread
I actually had a brain blast on the way home for the weekend....and an idea too.
since this charity project is about Fallen Heroes, would it be appropriate if we based out customs loosely off a fallen soldier from each of our areas?
I'm not saying make the toy INTO that person...but using Kup as an example, if a soldier in my area was a sergeant, I'd give Kup the stripes of a sergeant. Let's say that soldier enjoyed golf...I'd give Kup a golf club as a weapon, etc etc.
whatcha guys think?

I have the Swindle from my ROTF Bruticus that will never be used for display. What do you think about him as Rotorstorm? I also have The tank Blast off which can be used for this bash, even for parts.
Heavytread would make a good Guzzle.
I like your idea Mal, but how would we choose which hero to represent?

hmm...this does raise a good point. Maybe that idea isn't so hot after all lol
though I had a question....since there are 18 figures to do....will we be getting 18 individual customizers, or 2 customs for 9 people? O_o

Re: 2011 Cybertron.ca Canadian Fallen Heros Foundation Project Thread
Good question, Mal. It's still early yet, so I'm sure more volunteers will join up. I'm willing to work on more than one or two wreckers if it come to it, though.
I was fiddling around with Whirl to see if I can incorporate his head into his alt mode (you have to remove it to transform him properly) and found that it can be pushed and stay in the empty space under his cockpit and behind the spy camera. It actually fills out the alt mode nicely and can actually pass as a big camera.

I meant if it looks like there won't be enough customizers to go around, then I'll gladly try to tackle more than one or maybe two.

Re: 2011 Cybertron.ca Canadian Fallen Heros Foundation Project Thread
I'm only up for one figure myself - just short on time these days to do more than both this and the combiner project, plus the other projects I have running.
CJ69 - hit me up if you need help managing these projects, I know you're not exactly long on free time these days bud.
Also, Decal party 2.0 - needs more booze, that's what made it so much fun last year
