They are supposed to fold behind from what I've heard.

You need to make sure that the original image path (including the file extension) is what you put into the "Insert Image" box. For this picture, the URL is http://i59.tinypic.com/xbdzcx.jpg, which means that you would push the insert image button and insert that URL into it. Do that and you should get:
