Whats your KoToys ordering Number, and have you recieved it?

My order # is 26XX and it is stuck on the tracking as "International item has left the origin country and is en route to Canada" and it has been like that since Dec.17, so not sure what is happening...

I wouldn't worry yet. Stuff will probably take at least 2 weeks under normal circumstances, and that's not included the fact that things almost always take longer around the holidays because there's a more volume & less working hours.

My guess is that you'll get it around the 3rd, and here's to nothing being broken, etc.

Just received my package from them today. But I only got 3/4 items I ordered. Package arrived beaten up, but items were fine. Sent them an email about the missing item, we will see what happens.

Hopefully you get the items and he doesn't give you a hard time but be prepared to be threatened with physical violence and or death from this psycho when you ask about missing items. I ordered from him once and that is was enough.

Haha yea I read about his reviews and I was hoping I would be able to avoid that. It's only a few bucks lost if I don't get it so I am not too worried, but I was curious to see what kind of reply I will get

Well from what I've seen, he mostly goes apeshit on Americans, so we should be alright.

Ordered my thomas transforming train set in oct.
I was polite and respectful for my part. after him ignoring my email for a almost a month. I emailed him again , he told me it was on the way, I told him that it was a christmas gift and its been 2 months since I ordered it with no tracking info....then I and got the treatment that he is famous for. first he was rude and accusatory...everything was my fault. then he got nasty calling me everything in the world. After I got my paypal claim going he got worse a claim of bitch slapping here, kicking my ass there...everything. I got my package in February (in time for my nephews birthday...merry christmas) and in less than stellar condition...ie a cardboard backing but no blister...loose with tissue paper in a inside out Chinese pizza box...a used one at that that was very greasy. I emailed him one last time with a tirade of profanity and my feelings about him and blocked his email. That was my one and only dealing with that criminal.
