Anyone doing or did P90X and would like to share their results or experience?

Re: P90X
gimmicky workout routine. sure you get results, but you can get similar results using any other workout routine available for free on google. the main thing is not the program, but the dedication to it.

Re: P90X
It worked for my friends, as long as you stick with it. One gained some of it back and then had to go into it again, lol
It works pretty fast since it uses muscle confusion and has some pretty crazy cardio sessions
I used to do the Max OT method, which was more on weights and not so much on cardio.

Re: P90X
You need to be very careful with it though -- friend of mine is a nurse in Halifax and they have had a number of folks hospitalize themselves (or drop dead!) from overdoing it.

Re: P90X
I'm in my 10th Week now & so far so good!
It became a part of my daily routine... I get upset if I miss a day coz of work or some other reason. I follow the fitness guide but not the Food Diet. But I try to be careful of what I eat.

Re: P90X
I watched the first DVD and decided that I did not have the time to put into it.
That being said, good for you dskull, I'm sure all the hard work will pay off.
