Or if anyone can point me where I can get it Online or anywhere for roughly 200-250, preferrably less than 250 thanks.

You're going to have a hard time getting it from online stores for anything less than $300 when shipping and such is factored in... the figure being in high demand combined with the somewhat low run just keeps the price high. Add to that the scalpers having jumped on the masterpiece wagon something fierce, and it just makes things really expensive all around. Your best bet may be to scour this board (or others) for private sales. I really wish you good luck.
