That's a little unfortunate. But probably still a pretty good deal for $31-$32 a piece for display. I have noticed that recent reissues have been declining in quality. The SDCC Blaster reissue felt like a knock-off...the plastic was so flimsy compared to my older Takara Blaster reissue.

Yea, they are perfectly acceptable display pieces. Most of us G1 collectors don't really play with often anyways, so overall for the price, go for it.

I'm hoping I can budget for this and get it before it disappears. I'm in the process of defining my collection, and this set would help me do it. I still have an original G1 Thrust, so hopefully, if I get the set, I'll be able to perform a quality comparison.

I agree with the SDCC Blaster comment -- it does feel a lottle cheap...

No stickers?...odd choice. Insecticons got em, so did just about every reissue I've heard of. But as long as the tampos are sharp, I'd have no complaints.

They have stickers, it was just the Hasbro CE stamp I was referring to. Its on the outer side of their legs. Since the tampo is black, it really stands out on Ramjets leg.

Seen...when it came to stickers, it looks like some a pre-applied on this new set. Which is fine, as long as they're aligned. There's a nice look at them (Ramjet, I think) over in TFW.

You know, I just might pick these up. I'd seriously hope that they'd reissue the first three though in a set like this, sometime in the relative future. I'm not really a seeker guy but they'd look nice on my G1 shelf.

Lucky to be home just as CanadaPost delivered them 10 minutes ago.

They are a thing of beauty, and I have to give some props to Walmart for the packaging job. TRU could take lessons on that from Walmart.

However. I have to give them a boo for the packaging as well. The used a big box and angled the package inside so one corner of the box was slightly crushed in when I opened the shipping box. Now I'll have to wait and see if I can find a better box on the shelves, even though I am going to open them up in the end.

Not interested in these myself, but wow, 85 bucks is a VERY good price for them, I have to say.
