So Xmas day later, we are 3/3 with QA issues from items purchased from HasbroPulse

SG Flamewar
-> the grey leg pieces on the shins, that the wheel halves are connected to? Duplicate parts (both are exactly the same piece), not a symmetrical pair; the upside down one prevents the joint from unfolding all the way when attempting conversion

SG Soundwave
-> the button to pop his tape deck, doesn’t pop it out (spring must be off or something) - you can push it down, and then pull the tape deck open

Hero is Born 2-pack
-> Pax is fine; AlphaTrion, on his big sweeps-kibble wings, the two small “engine turrets” that stand up in sweeps-ship mode? Duplicate parts, (both are exactly the same piece), not a symmetrical pair - you could just pop it out & flip it around, but the hollow side is supposed to face in, if you flip this then one side will be hollow in, and the other will be hollow facing out

Man I’m getting tired of complaining to Hasbork

Actually scratch the SG Soundwave problem, I?ve had SG Ravage in his chest for a while, transformed him to tape deck mode, and all of a sudden the button is working now - so if that?s fixed, then no complaints about SG Soundwave, he?s fine

Flamewar & AlphaTrion’s duplicate parts are still an issue though
AT’s can be solved easily enough, since the little fins pop right off (they could just send a replacement fin)
But Flamewar’s piece… actually this can also pop off

Maybe i can just get replacement bits

^ contact HP themselves and ask for a replacement. They are all in-stock still.

Since you have more than 1 issue, they may ask you to send them back. Or maybe just keep them. Depends on who you talk with.

My mistake, i misread and thought you were talking about the narrow round inner piece of the leg, that the shins are supposed to clip into; Flamewar?s right leg doesn?t clip in, and it seems very common . I thought you were talking about that part.

It looks like the Generations Selects Titan Guardian Robot is up for pre-order at Hasbro Pulse. $199 US and comes out in April for anyone interested. I'll wait and see if Gamestop picks this guy up like they have others.

Same. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up going on better discount like Black Zarak. I don't know why but the exist of Guardian Robot tickles me.
