Re: Good online retailers you use?
I will have a TFSource experience to share once CityCommander comes out, aheh.
BBTS is useful to me, but the shipping and customs always ends up leaving me with regrets. Far more useful to US collectors than Canadian ones, IMO. Especially with...
KoolToyz, AutomatonToys, and A3U! All three have both been awesome. Ordering online from A3U is great for me, since they're right next door and shipping costs less than the transit to cross the water to Vancouver. XD
RobotKingdom is a chinese place that has also done right by me, I'd recommend them too.
HLJ is great, just be prepared for some slightly painful (but short) waits as your order moves through their system.

A3U, BBTS, 1999.co.jp and HLJ for me. All three of them are very reliable.
BTW, I don't think there is duty on toys but you have to pay for GST and PST... ok, for Albertans only GST (these are sales taxes not duty). I have downloaded Custom and Border service tariffs rules book I can take a look later to confirm. Sometimes if you purchase is small (usually under $100) they don't bother with the sales tax but this is not a guarantee. Marking it as a gift will not do it because Custom can open your package and do an assessment on its value.

Re: Good online retailers you use?
In Canada, go to Automaton toys, they ship fast, have good prices and have a good selection of new Transformers.
If buying from the states, TFSource is the way to go!!!!!

Re: Good online retailers you use?
So far I've only used 2: A3U & BBTS
A3U: Very good with good variety. Cheap prices, cheap shipping, and since they're out of Province no PST. Also no customs since they're in Canada.
BBTS: Also very good, and probably has the best variety that I've seen online. Only problem is you'll probably get dinged with custom charges.

Re: Good online retailers you use?
I do my best to keep in Canada. I try my hardest to keep it local as well. My buddy is currently having an issue with A3U trying to cancel a preorder. I do like Kooltoyz, Sheraz is very friendly.

Re: Good online retailers you use?
I know this is technically not a online store, but triplet127 is a seller on ebay who provides free priority shipping on anything he sells. You can also request item for him to find, and give him an offer for them. He than will post them on ebay for u to buy. I made several transactions with this guy, and he is the best. He just found grimlocke for me, and I paid 25$ with shipping. Thats cheaper than retail, and hey isn't that the most important thing.
Look out for him, and tell him CTO15 sent you.
