My RID Mega/Galvatron custom.
Since there's no Kitbash forum here, I thought I'd share this with you all.

I made this yesterday when I was packing my LEGO for the move. He's fully transforable with notpart removoval required. Some modes look way better than others, but he's pretty true to the actual toy (roadster and bird are exceptions). I have a pretty crappy camera so I may need to take more pictures.
Ten modes (Battery died before I could snap a pic of the mammoth mode):
Robot:

Back.

Two headed dragon:

Jet:

Roadster/Nascasr:

Bat:

Boat/Hydrofoil (I hate this one):

Pelican/bird:

Griffon:

Hand:

Mammoth:
