Yeah that report is true but it only is referring to US Wal-Marts. Remember that 'Wal-Mart' and 'Wal-Mart Canada' operate largely as independent entities. It's like seeing a McDonald's special on a commercial on US programming, it don't apply to McDonald's Canada.
Yeah so the Wal-Mart US 'price-cut' (all wal-mart price cuts are temporary and heavily advertised, then they creep the prices back up very quitely) is a toy-wide thing, though the various US Wal-Marts selling deluxes for $7.77 is presumed to be a part of it.
