 Sorry to hear that, I didn't even notice it in the pic until you mentioned it and I looked. Better be careful with my Hardhead, that joint seems to be fairly tight on mine.
Oh well, at least you have Duros, and the weapons.  That's something... Definitely think the seller should have been more clear about that, but maybe he (she) just didn't care about the broken piece because it was fine as a display piece still.

Save that pic to your computer in case the seller takes it down and then you have nothing to prove it was in that condition before shipping.
Hopefully it works out for you. I just sold a HH with a broken and glued techspec door (not to you, and I made sure I noted it in the ad), they are easily broken from my understanding.
