Just wanted to get back to that tactic. I got my items monday, and that included 3 items that I bought extra to sell on marketplace at discounted prices to split the shipping even more. And today I sold 2 out of those 3 extras. So it worked pretty well.

Seems I got stuck in the long 40% off order queue, but the bulk of my order shipped this afternoon. JP93 shipped a few days ago and arrived today.

Same here. HP shipped 20% of my order last week, and tonight I just received an email saying that they're shipping out the remainder today.


Given that it's a flat $30US shipping rate, not sure how they don't lose money on the shipping costs on their end if they had to split up my order into 2 different shipments to Canada.

A quick check of my Pulse account seems to suggest that my second half *is* coming from a different location than the first one was. I guess that would explain why they didn't come together.


I also have a preorder for the Cantina deluxe band member which won't even ship out until presumably October 2022.

Have to laugh at every box that arrives with HP, which I got yesterday. It was to be way too large. And the stuff is dumped in like a mixer bowl, where they throw in those paper chunks randomly (which protect nothing). Bonus from yesterday, tape barely sticking onto box. No idea how something did not fly out.

My whole 40% off order has now arrived, so now the question is will they do another sale before Christmas?

Has anyone updated a CC expiry date with HP preorders? I called them at their CS number but their answer was not helpful saying the preauth will just go through as normal(?).

Do they just send an email saying 'please update your payment?'.
