Got a Really Weird Hard Drive Problem

I GOT IT! So I plugged it into the laptop again and I didn't notice it the first time I did this, but all the files were read only and invisible... Now I have no idea how that could have happened cause I never make files invisible. So needless to say I unchecked those boxes. This is going in the books as the weirdest computer glitch I have ever seen.
